Starting Dec 1, 2022, customers 12-15 years old must attend a mandatory Fitness Studio Orientation program to workout in the Fitness Studio! Take the FREE, Fitness Studio Orientation program and then workout whenever you want. No more restrictions to Ask A Trainer shifts. Workout on your schedule! How do I register?
