This class focuses on strengthen ing everyday movements to improve day-to-day function. Benefits of the TRX suspension trainer includes stability and scalability, allowing you to tailor each exercise to your own personal fitness and/or comfort level. 50+ • Buchanan Hall The Cumberland Drop-In Social Club is a volunteer-led initiative that welcomes adults of all abilities to pursue their favourite leisure pastimes, enjoy a complimentary tea or cof fee and enjoy the company of friends and neighbours.
