WOMEN’S STRICTLY STRENGTH This women’s only strength class provides a comfortable environ ment for women of all ages to fo cus on building strength through resistance training. No cardio is involved, but you’ll work towards developing lean muscle, improving bone strength, increasing flex ibility and feeling stronger both physical and mentally. SIMPLY STRENGTH 2 (55 years & over) This popular class with Steve is an intermediate level class and is a step up from Simply Strength 1. 55+ TRX AND RESISTANCE TRAINING (55 years & over) Suspension training is perfect for the older adult allowing user to modify body position, base of support and stability to progress or regress an exercise. Move ments on the TRX can stay simple and static or be more dynamic, depending on your own level of comfort. No class October 10, November 7 & 9.
