Breathe, Burn & Build Yoga 16 years & up Fire up the body moving through range of motion, muscle activation and connection to breath. Activate your muscles to build strength with bodyweight poses, challenging your balance, mental focus and alignment. Let loose with somatic movements weaved throughout the class. Yoga Barre 16 years & up

Barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and ballet. Barre engages muscles you would not normally target - the ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups alone just can’t reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles. No ballet or barre experience required. Chairs may be used in place of a barre. No session Oct 13.
