Saturdays or Sundays 1-2 p.m. $20 Youth Weight Room Orientation (13-15 years) Starting September 1 , this free orientation will be mandatory for all youth ages 13-15 who wish to use the weight room. Partici pants will be introduced to the safe use of equipment and review weight room guidelines and etiquette. Registration is now open, and the orientation can be completed during the Spring/Summer season. Please contact reception to register. Maximum 3 partici pants.
