Gentle Hatha & Yoga Nidra with Kelly 16 years & up This gentle practice includes practices for your body, breath and mind. Release stiffness in your joints, find length in your muscles, and link movement with your breath. The class ends with Yoga Nidra - a guided sleep meditation from a long shavasana (reclined pose) to release tension from mind and body. Barre is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and ballet. Barre engages muscles you would not normally target - the ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups alone just can’t reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles - no ballet or experience required. Beginners welcome. Bring your own mat if you have one.
