Parkinson’s Wellness (PWE) Spin & Stretch 19 years & up

Fitness Butts, Guts & Biceps 16 years & up Every week will be something different in this total body class with strength training and cardio conditioning using a variety of equipment and body weight exercises. You will be sure to leave sweaty and energized for the day. Previous exercise experienced is recommended. No sessions Sep 21, Oct 3, 5, 10, 12 & Nov 16.

Learn to use our spin bikes in a safe environment with the support of a patient and encouraging instructor. Research indicates cycling at 75-85 RPM can help relieve Parkinson’s symptoms both acutely and chronically. Enjoy being social, getting a workout and managing your health.
