The Fitness and Mobility Exercise (FAME) Program was developed by researchers at the University of British Columbia for people post stroke who have some standing and walking ability. Practice exercises on a repetitive basis to improve movement capabilities, endurance, balance and strength. Led by a qualified FAME instructor. Registrants may be contacted by the research team to discuss interest in potential participation in an optional research study. You do not have to participate in the research study to participate in the FAME program.
