COMOX VALLEY ROAD RUNNERS 5K CLINIC This 10 week course is aimed at four levels of runner. 1) Walk ers who want to build strength, endurance and speed - turning to a run. 2) Walk/run - a slow, careful introduction to running. 3) Run - helps you build up en durance and distance. 4) Speed - learn the skills that will take your run up to the next level. Your 10th week will be a 5K Fun Run designed to give you a race experience along with allowing you to celebrate your new skills and accomplishments. Experi enced members of the CVRR are there to mentor and guide you through this program; carefully structured by a running coach.
