Historical Fencing (core curriculum) (11 years & over) The Core Curriculum is designed to take you from the Intro pro gram to competitive HEMA fenc er, long-term. Expect to work on building coordination, focus, and fitness, with opportunities to spar with Padded, Synthetic, and Steel. Expect to sweat during solo and partner drills.
