Basic Canning and Food Preservation (16 years & over) If you’ve ever wanted to learn the timeless skill of canning, this class is for you. We’ll use fresh fruits and vegetables from the harvest season to create delicious canned goods. Get ready for a hands-on experi ence—bring your apron and a small knife. We’ll also make a couple of simple appetizers for snacking. You’ll leave with two or three different canned items. Jars are provided.
