Whether you’re looking to get back into a fitness routine, try something new, or spend quality time with family and friends, you’ll find plenty of inclusive and accessible options in this Fall Recreation Guide. From personal training packages tailored to every fitness level and goal, to a wide variety of group fitness classes including yoga, spin, Zumba, and more, there are plenty of ways to stay energized and motivated throughout the season. If you’re looking for a little friendly competition, book a squash or racquetball court and enjoy some fast-paced fun. As the days grow shorter and the weather turns cooler, the Community Centre is the perfect place to stay active indoors. Be sure to check out Family Fun Nights and Family Open Gym, which offer enjoyable, affordable recreation programs for all ages. We’re also proud to support active aging in our community. This year, the d’Esterre Seniors’ Centre (1801 Beaufort Avenue) celebrates its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of friendship, wellness, and learning. I encourage residents to explore the Centre’s wide range of programs, activities, and services.
