HIGH FIVE: PHCD Training 15 years & up HIGH FIVE is Canada’s quality standard for recreation and leisure programs. Learn the five principles that ensure positive experiences in recreation and leisure settings; caring leader, opportunity to make friends, opportunity to play, opportunity to master skills and the opportunity to participate. Trained HIGH FIVE instructors use these principles to create inclusive and inviting spaces for their program participants. Receive certification upon completion. We can clarify our advanced care wishes, gather important information and documents into one place, reflect on our beliefs and values, and have “the conversation”.
