MEDITATORS (12 years & over)

Do you have some meditation experience but struggle to in tegrate it into daily life? Do you find you need accountability for consistent practice? This series of classes, designed to help you reach that next level of mind fulness practice, will support you with your meditation goals. Each class will provide you with guided mediation and presenta tion of a specific theme that will be our focus for the week. Join a group of like-minded friends dedicated to mindfulness practice, and discover new ways to be truly present in your life. Some experience required. Or looking to discover what a retreat practice would look like, here is the perfect workshop for you! We will alternate periods of 30 minutes walking and sitting practice. Wellness MINDS IN MOTION (50 years & over) Minds in Motion is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early stage de mentia along with a family mem ber, friend or other care part ner. The program is offered in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of B.C. Gentle exercises are followed by social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Care partners must attend.
