Yoga- Ongoing (55 years & over)

This is a mixed-level Hatha -based yoga class combining floor and standing poses, and offering options to increase chal lenge and deepen awareness. With a thorough warm-up, it focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and posture. Previous yoga or similar experi ence is recommended.
