ADULT AERIAL ARTS INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED These classes are for aerialists with intermediate to advanced experience. We will focus on skill review, technique, artistic practice and rebuilding our strength & endurance. Each aerialist will have their own apparatus and training area. Class sizes are smaller to accommodate social distancing. Each apparatus will be used only once per day. MINDS IN MOTION (50 years & over) This class is designed for people living with early stage memory loss due to Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia and a friend, family member or caregiver. NORDIC POLE WALKING LEVEL 2 (55 years & over)

Are you a runner or hiker with sore knees, physically active and looking for a low impact outdoor fitness sport - why not try Nordic pole walking? Nordic pole walking is a total body workout for cardio, strength and flexibility.
