AquaFit Mondays & Wednesdays 4-5pm Pool (deep or shallow water) 9 September - 9 December This no-impact class is designed to improve your muscle strength, cardiovascular fi tness, range of motion, posture & fl exibility while using the resistance of the water. All while having fun moving to great music! Buoyancy belts and/or Pool Noodles are provided to ensure proper focus on safe, e ff ective body alignment while working your deep core muscles the entire class! No swimming skills are required, other than feeling comfortable in deep water with the use of a buoyancy belt. Shallow water option available, instructor teaches from deep end.
