Historical Fencing (core curriculum) (12 – 55 years) Build upon your fundamentals with higher intensity warm ups and sparring. Students will progress from padded to sticks, synthetic, and eventually steel weapons at a personalized pace. Club gear is available, but we encourage collecting personal equipment with our guidance. Students will get hands-on experience with singlestick, longsword, messer, and rapier and dagger, along with expo sure to sword and shield, rondel dagger, grappling, and quarter staff. The class introduces the “Needle in Cot ton” form which is a treasure of the Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu system.
