and having fun. Whether you are looking to try something new, set a health goal or spend quality with your friends and family – we have an activity for you! We’re proud to showcase our Early Years Parent Speaker Series - a free, drop-in program on Tuesday evenings. Parents can learn from local experts about important topics while their kids enjoy a supervised play setting. It’s a great opportunity to connect, learn, and feel supported as a parent. Looking for something musical? You and your little one can Groove together in our Preschool Music and Dance classes. For families, we’re offering full-day fun with our October Pro-D Day Camp and Winter Adventure Camp-led by our energetic & caring leaders. Don’t miss the Youth Council’s Annual Haunted Hallway on Friday, Oct 24. Admission is by donation, with proceeds supporting a local non-profit chosen by the Council. We are excited to partner with UBC Physical Therapy department to bring back FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise), a group exercise program developed for people living with stroke to recover mobility, strength & balance. We look forward to see you at the Community Centre at one of our many exciting programs and events. There’s something for everyone - so come out, get involved, and make the most of the fall season!

An ‘Ask A Trainer’ is present, student must identify themselves to the Front Desk and the Fitness Studio attendant. OR 2. Accompanied by an adult 19 years or older who will supervise the student at all times and is respon sible for the safety of the student and any damages incurred due to incorrect use of the machines.
