SPIN AND STRENGTH Spin and Strength is an inclusive full body workout. Since variety is the spice of life, we will be using many different styles of equipment optimal for strength endurance and cardio! The goal is to never have the same work out, and incorporate blasts of HIIT to turn up the heat!
