Youth ages 13-15 years are required to complete a free weight room orientation at no cost to access the Wellness Centre at any time. Please inquire at reception to schedule a weight room orientation. Pass suspensions Passes may be suspended in advance for a minimum of one month for medical reasons only. Suspensions will take effect from the date the written request is received or from the date on the doctor’s certificate.

Facility Hours Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Attendant on Duty Hours Monday to Friday 5:30-7:30 a.m. 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. 3:30-6:30 p.m. 7-9 pm Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Quiet Hours (No TV or music)

Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Childminding Hours Monday to Saturday 8:45-10:45 a.m. Tuesday & Wednesday 4:45-6:45 p.m.
