55+ YOGA - GENTLE (55 years & over)

MOM & BABY YOGA This class provides an opportunity to bond with your baby as you regain strength, flexibility and balance while connecting with other moms and sharing your experience. Open to babies six weeks until crawling. Class will be cancelled one week prior to start date if insufficient registration. In Yin Yoga, you will enter poses on the floor and stay a while, observing strong sensations, and breathing with awareness. Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to other forms of Yoga.
