WOMEN’S STRICTLY STRENGTH This women’s only strength class provides a comfortable envi ronment for women of all ages to focus on building strength through resistance training and the use of a variety of equipment. No cardio is involved, but you will work towards developing lean muscle mass, improving bone strength, increasing flexibility and feeling stronger both physically and mentally. SIMPLY STRENGTH 2 (55 years & over) This popular class with Steve is an intermediate level class and is a step up from Simply Strength 1. It offers overall body conditioning, balance and agility, core strength ening and health and wellness education. No class February 20 & 22. CORE & STRETCH This class starts with

foundational core work that even tually progresses into intermedi ate level work (if suitable). Lower body stretching will also be added into the mix to create the balance between stability and mobility.
