Youth Kung Fu 10 - 16 years Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu supports the development of whole-body strength, flexibility and mental focus. Designed for youth, the class provides structure for one to build focus, confidence and self-discipline. Learn the graceful and flowing movements of a ‘’long fist” Chinese martial art that develops a fluidity of strikes and kicks with mental focus and breath-work (Chi Kung). This fast-paced program provides a great workout while learning exciting new skills. Whether starting at white belt or moving up from the juniors classes, students will train with a wide range of belt levels. Curriculum includes: kicking, punching, blocking, self defense and patterns.
