INTERMEDIATE AFRICAN HAND DRUMMING Join Monica Hofer, local hand drumming instructor and drum circle facilitator, and get into your weekly ‘groove’! New rhythms taught every week; opportunities to work on djembe as well as bass (dun) drums! Great for the mind, the body and the spirit. This class is intended for those with previous experience. Combining dance, aerobic exer- cise and drumming, Drums Alive is a whole-body/mind workout that can’t be beat! Participants work out to their comfort level, pound- ing on fitness balls while grooving to great music.
