Outdoor Guided Meditation 14 years & up Do you like being in the outdoors and would like to meditate in nature? Join a meditation sitting group in a beautiful Comox Valley Park to experience or discover guided meditation. This group will provide support in establishing a mindfulness practice, accountability to yourself and the group and access to a teacher to have your questions answered. Each session begins with a 30 min guided meditation followed by a Q & A and optional sharing circle. No meditation experience required, all welcome.
