Ocean Adventure - C 8 - 13 years

Go Sailing - Level 1 - C 8 - 13 years The starting point for our sailing specific learning camps. Our proprietary Lean to Sail system called the Cat Card is designed to teach the skills of sailing on a catamaran sailing boat. Rigging, paddle/towing, sail/boat care, basic weather, being prepared, personal safety, capsize/recovery, cold water/ ocean safety. Repeating a level is very acceptable. Go Sailing - Level 2 - C 9 - 13 years The 2nd level sailing specific learning camp. Each Go Sailing Level is designed to re-enforce the previous level and build on specific skill sets as to aid in knowledge retention moving forwards. We will cover; Leaving/returning to shore/beach landing, points of sail, assisted recovery from turtle, man over board, wave, wind, current, boat balance and trim, boat parts and simple maintenance sail safe weather and simple first aid afloat. This is our multi water sport camp, meaning that activities will vary per day as well as throughout the week. Activities include: Sailing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, shallow water immersion, inflatable water park along with many beach games, tug of war and relay events.
