HISTORICAL FENCING (13 years & over) Join us in restoring this medie val martial art. Learn to use the Longsword, Rapier & Dagger, Sword & Shield, Dagger, Quar terstaff and many more just like they did in the 1300-1600’s. This is a great introduction to HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) and a great way to prepare for joining your local historical fencing club! Beginner to ad vanced participants welcome. RIDE RIGHT - SAFE CYCLING COURSE This half-day course will teach cyclists the rules of the road and allow them to put that knowl edge to use in a guided road riding experience. Participants will come away with greater cy cling confidence, allowing them to safely ride mostly anywhere within an urban setting. Your workout begins with a moderate level warm up followed by exercises that focus on strengthening, toning and stretching key muscles. A long, relaxing stretch completes the class.
