Learn basic kitchen skills and how to put a healthy twist on favourite recipes! Each class will include preparation and cooking of appe- tizers, snacks, entrees, drinks and desserts. Students will be able to enjoy what they have prepared and may even bring home some samples to share! Additional ac- tivities include ‘Chopped’ compe- tition, trips to the farmers market community garden, urban forag- ing and fruit tree pick! Bursaries available. Test your cooking skills and invent tasty dishes! Each day your team is given a basket of surprise food items that must be incorporated into an appetizer, entree or des- sert.
