Mobility and Core Wednesdays 11:45am-12:45pm 19 Wing Multi-purpose Room Strengthen from the centre and restore sore muscles with this 60-minute class. A smooth combi nation of core activation, mobility drills, and full body stretches. Perfect for all fitness levels. Bootcamp Thursdays 11:45am-12:45pm 19 Wing Gymnasium A total body workout that will chal lenge you every time. Achieve your goals and have fun while doing it! Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) Fridays 11:45am-12:45pm 19 Wing Gymnasium Partic ipants will engage in dynam ic drills and functional training techniques to enhance overall athletic performance, coordina tion, and speed.
