AquaFit Mondays & Wednesdays 4-5pm 19 Wing Pool (deep or shallow water) April 13 - June 25 Boost st rength, cardio, flexibility, and posture with the resistance of water—all to energizing music! Buoy ancy belts and pool noodles sup port safe alignment and deep core engagement. No swimming skills needed, just comfort in deep water. Shallow water option available. All ages and fitness levels welcome! CAF /DND & Membership Holders: $8 Drop-in without Membership: $10
