CHALLENGER BASEBALL Challenger Baseball is an adap- tive baseball program specifically designed to empower children, youth and adults living with phys- ical and/or cognitive disabilities. This program is in partnership with the Jays Care Foundation and we greatly appreciate their sup- port in our community. No class Adapted Spring Registration starts on Monday March 14 at 10:00 am.

COURTENAY ADAPTED PROGRAMS LEISURE BUDDIES Is there a Recreation program that your child is interested in but requires additional help to better support their needs while partici- pating? Our Leisure Buddies program sets up your child/youth with one-on-one support in the recreation program of their interest. Please contact the Adaptive & Inclusive Program Supervisor to complete an Inclusion Intake. We require a minimum 2 weeks notice to organize a Leisure Buddy. Thank you to the Comox Valley Community Foundation and CVRD for their ongoing support that allows us to offer affordable programming options for inclusion in Courtenay Recreation programs.
