Intro to Vinyasa Vinyasa yoga is similar to Ashtan- ga, but plays with a variety of posture sequences. We will begin with sun salutations, breath work and basic closing/ relaxation postures and gradually add more strengthen- ing, dynamic and complex pos- tures as students become more comfortable with vinyasa (flowing from posture to posture).
