YOGA FOR MEN OVER 55 (55 years & over)

You’ve seen the pictures of wom - en in pretzel poses, and you’ve thought, “no Yoga for me, thanks”. But maybe for years, your wife or female friends have been suggest- ing you how much you’d benefit from Yoga. This class is just for men over 55 who might be new to Yoga. You’ll be in the same boat as everyone else as you gradual- ly increase your flexibility. You’ll learn some breathing techniques that reduce stress. As the weeks progress, you might find that you’re less prone to injuries at work or during leisure, and that you recover faster from exertion. No class August 1. Instructor: Catherine Reid #10015 Mondays July 11 - August 22 Join Susan as she leads you through an hour of a slower moving practice incorporating relaxing breathing techniques that will promote a calm mind strength and flexibility. You will leave class with an overall sense of balance between the mind and body. Pre- vious experience is not required, all levels welcome.
