Work collaboratively with neighbouring jurisdictions, the K’ómoks First Nation, Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association, North Island College, business and non-profit community organizations in the development of community and regional economic development strategies. Identify appropriate roles and responsibilities for the City in the delivery of economic development services in the region.
