Support the creation of high quality and assured communications links.

MI 21

Work with utility companies to coordinate planning and development of electricity and other low carbon energy infrastructure (e.g., solar, geothermal, etc.) to ensure project efficiencies, minimize costs, reduce public nuisance, and ensure sufficient supply. Encourage the generation of more renewable energy within Courtenay subject to form and character and other land use considerations.
