Yoga -Inviting you to slow down in a supportive, calming environment and create space for stillness and medi tation. A combination of mindful movements and postures where you can find flexibility, strength, and balance within your body. This is a beautiful complement if you have an active lifestyle. Bootcamp - This Class will focus on functional movements that will include a mix of aerobic, strength and speed elements. This intense workout will provide a whole-body workout that will leave you sweating and wanting to come back for more! Trauma Sensitive Yoga 19 Wing Multi Purpose Room Trauma-sensitive yoga is an approach to yoga that aims to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced trauma. It recognizes that trauma can profoundly affect the mind and body, leading to a range of physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. The practice of trauma-sensitive yoga is designed to be inclusive, empowering, and gentle, allowing participants to explore the healing bene fits of yoga at their own pace.
