It’s hard to believe winter is just around the corner! We are very excited to announce changes to the Leisure for Everyone Accessibility Program (LEAP) beginning in January 2024. The new change will allow LEAP participants to register online for programs rather than having to register in person with a coupon. LEAP participants will receive a $350 subsidy per family member that can be used towards the cost of registered CVRD recreation programs at the CVRD Sports and Aquatic Centres.
