Dance for Health Movement class for balance and joy! Chi-gong, stretching, breathing and a series of isolat- ed movements called the “Brain Dance” which balance the mind and spirits. Instructor: Jade de Trey Fridays February 6 - March 27 This introductory session reviews information about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and the challenges of receiv- ing a diagnosis. Participants will learn about the different types of support available through- out the dementia journey, and how to begin planning for the future.
