Gentle Movement

Intro to Vinyasa Vinyasa yoga is similar to Ashtanga, but plays with a va- riety of posture sequences. We will begin with sun salutations, breath work and basic closing/ relaxation postures and gradu- ally add more strengthening, dynamic and complex postures as students become more com- fortable with vinyasa (flowing from posture to posture). This class is for those who are reason- ably healthy and without serious injury.
