WOMEN’S STRICTLY STRENGTH This women’s only strength class provides a comfortable environ- ment for women of all ages to fo- cus on building strength through resistance training. No cardio is involved, but you’ll work towards developing lean muscle, improving bone strength, increasing flex - ibility and feeling stronger both physical and mentally. SIMPLY STRENGTH 2 (55 years & over) This popular class with Steve is an intermediate level class and is a step up from Simply Strength 1. 55+ TRX AND RESISTANCE TRAINING (55 years & over) Suspension training is perfect for the older adult allowing user to modify body position, base of support and stability to progress or regress an exercise. Move- ments on the TRX can stay simple and static or be more dynamic, depending on your own level of comfort. No class October 10, November 7 & 9.
