TAEKWONDO JUNIORS ADVANCED (8 - 13 years) Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and an Olympic sport. Stu- dents learn Taekwondo with an emphasis on fun. Physical skills such as balance, co-ordination, and flexibility are coupled with building mental and social skills like confidence, co-operation, and focus.
