In this sweaty bootcamp workout you’ll get your butt kicked with a mix of equipment based and bodyweight only exercises. Instructor: Steve Thomson CHISELED Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm In this class lower weights are mixed with high reps and cardio. Chiseled is designed to sculpt your muscles and speed up your metabolism. Instructor: Nancy Victoria Physical postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated in this class.
