Led by your fun and knowledge- able instructor, you’ll start your week off by improving your overall strength, focusing on sculpting your core and improving your cardio with a variety of exercises! 55+ STRENGTH TRAINING (55 years & over) Strength training is great for anyone looking to maintain, build and improve their strength, bal- ance and overall well-being. Our qualified instructor will focus on body weight exercises, portable equipment, bands and dumbbells to guide you through your fitness journey and offer support at every turn. No class September 30, October 12, November 11 and October 29. STRETCH & STRENGTH (55 years & over) This class begins with a moderate level warm up followed by exer- cises that focus on strengthening, toning and stretching key muscles.
