CITY OF COURTENAY Strategic Cultural Plan

The plan will help inform a short, medium and long-term cultural service implementation strategy for Courtenay. It will identify key gaps and opportunities in cultural services and infrastructure, and guide City processes, support for core areas of services, and investment in the City’s cultural services and assets. Community engagement is planned for this spring with analysis and the draft strategy scheduled for the summer of 2023.
