Hi, my name is Sheron Jutila and I teach 55+ Yoga classes here at Courtenay Recreation. What I love most about yoga is its versatility and flexibility. It has something to offer for a wide variety of bodies and personalities. I also love that I will never know everything about this practice. Even after teaching some of the same poses to the same students for a decade, every time we step onto our mats, I am in awe at the new things we discover - this keeps me excited and receptive. Some of the things you might experience or witness in one of my classes are presence, trust, growth, peace, freedom, commitment, laughter, rebelliousness, and curiosity. But don’t take my word for it - join us and find out for yourself! Sheron Jutila down from the floor, have limited mobility or are looking for a mel- low practice. No class August 2.
