ZUMBA WITH MILENA Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am This Latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest in this one-hour fun class where you will work hard and smile your way through. Instructor: Milena Spratt In this noon hour yoga class you will work on three main areas: breathing technique, reducing stress and promoting relaxation throughout the body and mind. This class is for all levels and a 20/20/20 Wednesdays 12:00 - 1:00 pm Join Tammy as she leads you through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training (using a variety of equipment) and 20 minutes of core and strength. You are guaranteed to get a great workout in this class!
