COURTENAY RECREATION

Courtenay Recreation Table of Contents

There’s no question this past year has been challenging for us all due to COVID-19. It’s also been inspiring to see the kindness and resiliency of our community. This includes our dedicated staff and instructors at Courtenay Recreation, who have re- viewed and adapted every aspect of their operations to keep participants safe. This summer, resiliency will be even more important as the 5th Street Bridge Project continues. Courtenay Recreation has modified their sum - mer camps to provide options on both the east and west sides of the river. And with the proximity of our recreation facilities to the bridge, we’re reminding patrons to give your- self extra time for your commute and allow extra time for detours. Thank you for your understanding and pa- tience during this complex infrastruc- ture project.
