Boys & Girls Mixed Gymnastics (K - 8 years) We base our gymnastics CanGym Program around the 3 F’s: Fun, Fitness and Funda mentals. Our experienced and energetic coaches will lead you through a fun-filled warm up before breaking you off into groups to develop your individu al skills, increase your strength, flexibility and stamina. Boys and girls will progress in these programs once base skills are strong and when you are physically and mentally ready to advance. Registrants must be invited by Sheri; kids will be assessed in their 8+ classes in order to move up or given a golden ticket! We recommend 2 classes per week to develop and maintain your skill level.
