City of Courtenay Strategic Cultural Plan The plan will help inform a short, medium and long-term cultural service implementation strategy for Courtenay. It will identify key gaps and opportunities in cultural services and infrastructure, and guide City processes, support for core areas of services, and investment in the City’s cultural services and assets. The “What We Heard” report is a summary of feedback recieved through public engagement activities and is now on the project website. The final draft Strategic Cultural Plan will be presented to Council in spring 2024.
